State Representative John Becker is currently serving his third term at the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 65th District in northwestern Clermont County, which includes parts of Loveland and Milford, all of Newtonsville and Owensville, as well as Goshen, Miami, Stonelick, Union and Wayne townships.
Prior to being a representative, Becker served eight years as a Republican State Committeeman, in addition to serving his county party since 1993. To help spread his fiscally and socially conservative message, he regularly writes “The Becker Report.”
Representative Becker has lived in Clermont County for most of his life and currently resides in the Eastgate area of Union township. He has two adult children.
Rep. Becker has received the William Wilberforce Elected Leadership award for upholding community values and improving the lives of Ohioans. He is consistently recognized by the media as one of Ohio’s most conservative legislators.
