Jon believes in common sense leadership, effective public service and stands behind the principles of the Republican Party. He is 100% pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-business, pro-law enforcement and pro-family. Jon will always protect your fights and freedoms and will tirelessly fight for, and champion the people and communities of Hancock, Hardin and Logan counties.
A native of Kenton, Ohio, Jon serves as the president/CEO and economic development director of the Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance.
Jon has enjoyed the opportunity to work with talented people, diverse industries and communities of all sizes throughout the United States. His career pathway has allowed Jon to obtain a vast amount of public and private sector work experience in business, government, non-profit, real estate development and economic development, as well as supporting Republican candidates and conservative causes at the local, state and national levels.
A supporter of public schools, Jon graduated from Kenton High School and The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Young Professionals Alliance, Elks Lodge #157, Moose Lodge #428, Rotary International, Ohio State Alumni Association, Ohio Farm Bureau, Buckeye Firearms Association and NRA-National Rifle Association.
Jon is married to his wife and best friend Christina Cross. She is a practicing business attorney and educator, teaching the University of Findlay’s College Credit Plus courses in American Politics and Government at Kenton High School. They are loving parents of their two young boys, Carson and Connor, and are members of St. Michael the Archangel Parish of Findlay.
